All of our cookies are made to order.  We ship via USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex.  Orders generally ship with in 72 hours of order being processed.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.

Pick ups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY.  This is to ensure we have the proper staffing available.  We are however availalbe for after hour pick ups.

Limited FREE delivery is available within 5 miles of Carousel Cookies.

Deliveries outside of this range will incure a $20.00 delivery charge per location.
