We have decided this is the Italian version of a Chocolate Chip Cookie. Light, mosit with a wonderful vanilla flavor filled with chocolate chips and walnuts. Once cooled a light vanilla gaze and a drizzle of dark chocolate is added. Only the Italians could improve on a chocolate chip cookie.
