St. Joseph's Bread is an Italian Specialty Bread only made to celebrate the Feast of St. Joseph's. While there are many versions of this favored bread our is lightly sweetend and flavored with Anise and Anise Seeds. Our recipe has been being made for many years. My Great Grandma, she was directly from Italy, told my mom (who by the way is polish) that St. Joseph's Bread was the best she had ever had.
I will be forever greatful to my mom for taking the time to teach me how to make this bread.

Easter is one of our favorite times. Spring is finally here (or we hope it is). It is a time of renewal and rebirth and a wonderful time to make a special bread to celebrate.
Our Easter bread is moist and dense and flavored with lemon and orange. We top it off with our amazing in house made buttercream frosting and sprinkles.
